📦 Return Eligibility

To initiate a return, we require:

A full unboxing video (no cuts or edits)

-The video must clearly show:

-Sealed package opening

-Full package from all the sides to be shown before opening

-Product condition

-Defect or missing item

This helps us verify the issue quickly and resolve it for you.


⏱ Return Request Timeline

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.


📦 Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a wrong item:

Inform us immediately

Product must be:

-Unused

-In original packaging

-With tags intact

-With proof of purchase

Once verified, we will make it right for you.


🚚 Return Process

If your return is approved:

-We will provide a return shipping label

-Share complete instructions for return

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


❌ Order Cancellation / Non-Acceptance Policy

If an order is:

-Cancelled after dispatch, OR

-Not accepted at delivery

👉 The refund will be processed after deducting to-and-fro shipping charges which can take upto 20 days.

This is because logistics costs are already incurred from our end.


🚚 Shipping Policy

-Dispatch Time: 1–3 working days

-Delivery Time: 6–15 days (depending on location & product)

We request your patience as we ensure safe and secure delivery of your order.


📌 COD & Prepaid Order Policy

  • For all COD and prepaid orders, once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be issued only in the form of a Riditri Gift Card.
  • We do not offer bank refunds for prepaid order cancellations.

Riditri reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in our policy.
